Job Description :
Review tender’s proposal, technical and financial documents .
Create packages to be sent to vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers .
Prepare both technical and financial comparison sheets based on price quotations received from suppliers .
Compare between offers technically and commercially such that the best suitable offer was selected .
Review and issue periodically project progress procurement reports and material statuses .
