Job Description : Coordinating information for creating unique program for individual projects using primavera p6. Resource loading in primavera p6 for individual projects. Preparation of project cash flow, charts and histograms on planning projects. Verifies critical path and interfaces between design / engineering / procurement / execution. Monitors progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning. Approve the base line with consultant. Updates the schedule based on inputs received from project team progress of work using primavera p6. Sets up alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates. Preparation of recovery program to catch up delays. Providing progress reports, graphs and critical path analysis for the monthly and weekly progress reports to the project management consultant. Risk analysis evaluations.
