1. Bachelor Degree in Architecture or civil Engineering from a Reputable university With (10) years of Experience at least (6) years of Experience in the same field.
2. Able to make good coordination Between Architectural , structural Drawings & other Disciplins sush as Mechanical , Electrical ,plumbing Drawings & Assure that All Drawings are comply with project Documents , Specifications.
3. Coordinate & Discuss with Designer For Drawings issues, shortage & project technical requirements.
4. Has agood communication skills. And good MEP systems Background. Espicially in realstates, Buldinges, hotels projects.
5. Review & oversee projects Quantities & monthly submitted invoices.
6. Has a good computer skills : Autocad – MS office – Revit is preferable.
7. Agood command in English language speaking &writing;.
