QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
HVAC maintenance is a skilled work, with an emphasis on making appropriate and timely maintenance
and to ensure the continuous operations of HVAC equipment.
Perform all preventive and corrective maintenance works related to HVAC related equipment.
Attend to any complaints received for HVAC equipment.
Assess Condition of HVAC equipment on a regular basis and report the same to Maintenance Department.
Install and energize HVAC and related equipment as requested by Maintenance Department or General Services Section.
Be honest, respectful, and trustworthy, with good communication and interpersonal skills, presentable and professional.
Have good command of Arabic or English language with good interpersonal skills to communicate with the staff.
The age should not exceed 45 years.
Wear proper and appropriate uniform, safety and PPE Equipment in a neat and tidy manner at all the times while on duty.
Have appropriate qualifications and experience in performing HVAC related maintenance activities.
Perform all general and routine works assigned to them by Maintenance Manager.
Perform works at any site.

10 years’ experience in mechanical and electrical works related to HVAC
Completion of two years diploma in HVAC
10 years’ practical experience in HVAC activities
Fair knowledge of English and ability to verbally communicate with staff.
Ability to write reports.
