Primarily responsible for management and coordination of all design elements from structural and architectural through to interior fit out.
Must have extensive multiple sector experience in delivering design management on differing building types.
Good technical knowledge of buildings systems and technologies
Have good working knowledge the design process for all disciplines.
Understands principle MEP systems and interfaces.
Understands all common forms of contract (in particular design liability).
Understand how to identify risk within the design process.
Awareness of new technologies coming to the market.
المهارات
Qualifications:
A degree qualification in Architectural Engineering and Design Management or equivalent.
Professional memberships are an advantage but are not essential.
