Urgently required for Saudi Arabia/ Riyadh Installation and Maintenance Project Manager
Nationality: Egyptian
Age range: 30 – 45
Education Level: Undergraduate (BSc.) or higher
Education Major: Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
Languages: Arabic & Fluent in English is a must
IT & Technology: MS Office (MS Excel, Word), Internet (Chrome)
Target Experience: Managing deliveries and installations in any major company with significant project experience - Preferably within GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council)
Experience: 10+ years in engineering projects maintenance & installation
Manager in an institution active in technical projects
Must have experience managing a team of 20 technicians / engineers at least
Must have been lead manager overseeing delivery, installation, and maintenance for sizeable projects (USD 15M+)
Experience in GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) , specifically with government clients, is a major plus
Duties & Responsibilities: Manage the company's projects including pre-bid site surveys, review of technical specs, coordination with customers for delivery, site preparation (civil and MEP works – in partnership with contractors), installation, commissioning and customer acceptance, and post-commissioning maintenance schedulesEnsure all sites are correctly delivered and installed, as per a clearly defined installation policy with spotless finishingManage effective coordination with suppliers and site teams to resolve any technical issues on siteTrain and support the technical team in coordination with the suppliersCollaborate with internal departments to ensure Project receives daily all support required to succeedDevelop solid relations with clients to ensure smooth business operationsReport to the General Manager with timely reports and action plans
