Professional degree in Architecture. Leadership skills. 25 years of experience in an architectural firm. Strong conceptual, graphic and design talent. Excellent knowledge and experience in early design phases such as concept and schematic design. Strong AutoCAD, 3D Max, Rhino, and Adobe Suite skills experience with Revit is an asset . Confidence in working in a complex and international environment. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team Fluent in English.
PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage
Experienced in interior design and finishing
Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
Good knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with construction/ project management software
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skill
A team player with leadership abilities
Critical thinking, problem solving and strong decision making capability
