Opportunity for Senior Planning and Project Controls Manager KSA ,
Package to 70K-75K SR Per Month + healthcare, flights and Bonus Potential. To work with a Major Western International Cost and Project Management Consultancy.
Responsible for overall Project planning and Controls, direction and project controls of key works packages within a major project framework covering multiple build packages. Ensuring contractual compliance of contractors’ programme submissions under FIDIC, advice and guidance to Employer / PMC regarding interface management and interim milestones and EOT claims management.
Provision of regular reports to Employer covering its risk exposure due to delay and other.
15+ years experienced in Major Build Project Controls and Planning Fully Software compliant to the latest spec and software.
Established in leading and onsite Project Controls team in complex and tight time environment.
At least 5 years in Management with FIDIC contracts in the GCC.
Degree Qualified in QS/ Cost / Commercial Management ideally with MRICS, or other Construction/ Civil Discipline.
