مطلوب مهندسين ميكانيكي خبرة 10سنوات يشترط توافر لهم هذه الشروط 1- must possess commercial and negotiation skills ,with ability to generate and develop new business with prospective and existing client both local and overseas. 2- ability to make presentations / Seminars to engineers and consultants . 3- Read Contract carefully and discuss with G.M. any points of concern. 4-Raise Pre-contract meeting ,Contract meeting & Contract progress meetings and minute log events . 5- prepare Order Entry before commencement of Contract and raise Change Order for any contract variation . On receipt of drawings , be sure that the work content required is as per submitted quotation . 6-send any technical queries and record commercial queries to the Client. 7- give clear instruction to the Engineering as to the exact detailing requirements . 8- maintain and update transmittal of all drawings ,technical queries ,commercial queries etc. 9- Keep all the contract documents / correspondence in sequence and up to date. 10- check progress of contract through work shop and update the Contract status report as per the information from production Dept . and ensure that contract delivery dates are maintained . 11- monitor weekly progress and note down any delays by client or AMPO 12- regular Contract meeting with G.M. & Engg manager reference quotation and progress 13- estimating job during the absence of Estimator 14- maintain and update inquiry log book and computerize the same 15- any other job that may be required by the Company Internal Projects I . e construction of commercial / office buildings etc that conform with professional experience & credentials. 16- Generate Inquiries 17- Report to G .M. if any problems
