Applications are invited from candidates for the position of “QA/QC Engineers” Civil having a civil engineering qualification with minimum 2 years in government project .
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide support to Company’s field staff.
• Arranging the testing of materials and workmanship.
• Interpretation of the specifications and drawings as required by the site execution team.
• Co-ordinates with Company’s field staff to ensure that all required testing has been performed and that acceptable results have been achieved.
• Advise Company’s field staff of quality and deficiencies detected during “in-progress” Inspection.
• Advises on any requirements and remedial actions.
• Follows up to ensure that all necessary action has been completed prior to release as final acceptance.
• Co-ordinates with field staff on the acceptance sign-off of the required documentation for the final acceptance or to proceed beyond the nominated hold and witness points.
• Liaises with the Consultant’s inspection and construction staff and Company’s field staff on intermediate and final acceptance of Company’s work.
• Report to Quality Manager on all concurrent issues.
