Job Title : Planning & Scheduling Engineer
Palace Consulting Engineers is an Engineering Design & Construction Management Company catering its services to customers like Saudi Electricity Company. Currently we are hiring a team of Consultants for our project of HVDC Converter Stations Construction Management.
Duties & Responsibilities of Planning & Scheduling Engineer
 Reporting to the Project Manager.
 Review the Construction Program, and update regularly through continuous monitoring of site activities.
 Review weekly and monthly planning schedules/histograms/curves submitted by the Contractor and identify the discrepancy and update regularly.
 Monitor progress of site activities; forecast, report, and develop a recovery plan for anticipated delays and slippage.
 Assist the Project Manager on Approving of invoicing and billing submitted by the Contractors / Sub Contractors.
 Should be able to prepare 5 years capital / operating plan, including , preparation/ review of capital Budget .
 Shall be able to collect and consolidate required information from various proponents sector wise coordinate with various Dept. / clients
 Assist to develop and keep update, cascade of performance measure.
Qualifications Required for Planning & Scheduling Engineer
 Bachelors of Engineering Any Discipline
 8 Years of Total Experience out of which Min of 4 Years experience as Planning Engineer on Construction Management Team in Electric Public Utility Industry with Knowledge of Microsoft Project & Primavera P6.
Other Requirements of Planning & Scheduling Engineer
 Shall be aware of International Engineering Standards and should have worked on the Supervision, Consulting and Project Monitoring of similar capacity of Substation Constructions.
 Primavera P6, Ms Project, Microsoft Office & Tech Savvy.
