-Candidates should be experienced in Facilities Management.
-Experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery shall not be considered.
-Experience in Multi-National companies & multi-cultural environment preferred.

Mechanical Engineer TSO
Scope of Work:
Mechanical systems - Non Lab areas
Manage, control, record and report on maintenance and repair service as per contract,
Plan and carry out audits on planned maintenance tasks;
Carry out inspections on a periodic basis to ensure all asset/ equipment are maintained as per standards and as per contract
Carry out audits of reactive tickets including 100% audits of all Priority 1 reactive tasks and produce report and escalate if necessary. Carry out random audits of Priority 2 to 5 reactive tasks.
Monitor asset condition life cycle on all Assets for the service line
Ensuring quality of maintenance works carried out by service provider
Inspecting and ensuring compliance to specifications
Reporting data on a periodic basis as required by management
Carry out Trending of Audits and inspections
Raise helpdesk tickets as and when required and follow up completion
Generate and submit Problem Resolution reports.
Checking/verifying technical reports from service provider
Spare parts availability Service providers Stores visits to check material status
Reconciliation of pending/open/closed reactive tasks and trending analysis
Monitor SAP PPM work orders
Submit Recommendations for Improvement to KAUST
Carry out audit verification of condition appraisals
Respond to customer complaints and carry out root cause analysis where required
Provide inputs to the management for monthly performance evaluation of Service provider
Prioritize safety in all aspects of duties report as necessary acts or omissions
Preparation of reports and presenting to management
Carry out additional tasks as and when required
Competencies:
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Thorough working knowledge of operating area of assigned department.
Flexible and delivers high-quality results within deadlines
Well versed in MS Excel, AutoCAD
Able to read and understand system drawings
Qualifications:
University Degree, Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
7 years of relevant Experience in carrying out audits and inspections of Mechanical systems including HVAC
